The domain name is written after the “@” icon in the name of your mail and looks like @rambler.ru, lenta.ru, myrambler.ru and others.   2. Then enter the password you created during registration. It is desirable that this be a set of Latin letters, numbers and symbols, at least 8 characters long and case sensitive.

In this case, the system will remember you and you will be logged in automatically. This feature should not be used on a public computer.

Problems with logging into email

Sometimes you can't log into your email. In this case, you need to carefully read the prompts on the screen. Typically, the error message contains all the necessary information about why the mail could not be accessed. Most often problems arise for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect password or login. Check your keyboard layout, it should be in the language in which the password was created. Check the Caps Lock key, perhaps you pressed it accidentally? Do not copy the login and password from the clipboard, but enter it manually. This way you will avoid accidentally copying unnecessary characters.
  • You have forgotten your password. You can recover it yourself using the password reminder service, following the prompts, or contact support. When recovering your password, you will need to answer the security question and use the backup mailbox specified during registration.
  • The mailbox is blocked. If you rarely use your mailbox, it may be blocked and it will not be able to receive letters. You can unblock it by contacting support. Submit a request by filling out the required fields and explaining in detail the problem that has arisen, attaching screenshots that show that your account is blocked. According to it, a specialist will contact you and describe possible solutions.
  • If you saw the inscription "The box does not exist", then perhaps it was deleted for some reason. If you delete your Rambler account, the mailbox is deleted automatically. Unfortunately, it is impossible to restore it, so you need to register a new mailbox.

Incorrect browser settings

Sometimes it happens that the browser cannot load the page. Its settings do not meet the requirements of Rambler Mail. In this case, updating your browser may help.

If the problem is not solved, then make sure that in its settings Cookies are enabled. We find this item in the browser section “Settings” / “Tools” / “Privacy”. If there is no result, then try clearing the cache in the same section.

  • Disable Compatibility Mode, it may cause your browser and, accordingly, mail to not work correctly.

It is believed that the Rambler system is not very well protected precisely because of the simplified password recovery system.

If you want to access your email but don't remember your password, do the following:

  • On the left, under the main login form, click the button, Remember password;
  • In the window that opens, in the input field, enter the email address for which you want to recover the password;

  • Place a tick in the checkbox next to the inscription I am not a robot that appears after entering the address;
  • Complete the task suggested in the pop-up window and click Next;

  • Now enter the answer to the security question, selected during registration (strictly in the same form as you entered it earlier);

  • Create and enter a new password twice, which must comply with the same rules as during registration;
  • Confirm that you are not a robot and click the Save button.

If the answer to the security question was entered correctly, you will be automatically redirected to your mailbox.

Usage

The account you create to use mail gives you access to all other Rambler services. Let's look at mail first.

By default, its start page opens with a list of incoming letters.

In the list, those that have not yet been opened are marked in bold, while those that have been read are marked in regular font.

In the upper left corner there is a menu for navigating through letters - the number opposite the inscription Inbox means how many unread letters there are at the moment (the same with the Spam folder).

What other functionality does the mailbox start page provide?

  • When you click on any letter in the list you open it;
  • Using the menu in the upper left corner, you can view your inbox, sent, deleted letters and spam;
  • The Create Folder button allows you to create an almost unlimited number of folders to move letters into and group them;

  • The Write button at the top of the screen allows you to proceed to composing a letter;
  • The Contacts button allows you to create a notebook with various email addresses that you use most often;

  • When you click the search button, the search bar opens, where you can enter the word, phrase, or address you want to use. The system will search in all existing letters;
  • The View button allows you to configure the display - only a list of letters with sender addresses, or partial display of the text of the letter too;

  • The Review button will allow you to leave your opinion about the service.

This is the main functionality that all similar services provide.

Writing a letter

Click the blue Write button at the top of the screen and a text entry form will open. In the To field, enter the recipient's address or name from contacts saved in Rambler mail. In the Subject field, enter the subject of the letter (optional).

In the large field below, enter the text of the letter. For formatting, you can use the settings and buttons at the top of this field; to attach a file, there is a special button at the bottom of the field. You can also save the text of the letter by clicking on the button Save draft below the text input field on the right.

By clicking on the Copy or Bcc button, you can send a copy of the letter to any email. The buttons are located in the recipient's address input field.

If the user created a signature for his letters, then it will immediately be displayed by default in the text entry field of the letter, although it can be changed right there if necessary.

Click on the Send button on the left under the field with the text of the letter, and it will be sent. At the same time, it will be saved in your mail in the Sent folder.

You can also write a letter as a response to an incoming message.

To do this, open your incoming email and scroll down the page to the end of the text field.

Below it is a form for a quick response - just enter your answer and click the Reply button.

The Reply all button is needed when you participate in.

1 Your name. You can enter in both Russian and English letters.
2 Your last name. You can enter in both Russian and English letters.
3 Your login, which will also be used as your email address. Remember or write down your login, because... Without it, you will not be able to enter your mailbox. You can fill in these fields only in English letters.
4 The password you will need to log into your mailbox. Remember or write it down.
5 The password again.
6 Your date of birth. Left-click on each column to select day/month/year from the drop-down list.
7 What's your gender.
8 Your region.
9 Mobile phone. It may be needed to restore access to your mailbox. After you enter your phone number in this field, click on the “Get code” button next to the field. A special code will be sent to your number, which you will need to enter in the field that appears.

Why can't I log into Rambler mail?

1. Incorrect entry of email address and password. The most likely reason why you cannot log into Rambler mail. If one of these parameters is entered incorrectly, the message “Incorrect email or password” will be displayed on the screen when you try to log in.

Please note that if you do not remember your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” button below to go to the recovery page. 4. Outdated browser version or conflicting settings. If you can't access your email, it may be your browser's fault. First of all, launch any other web browser on your computer and try to log into your account through it.

If logging into Rambler was successful, you should update the problematic browser, and then check the settings that may lead to problems logging in; for example, some browser add-ons can change network settings, which is why mail cannot work correctly.
