A mod (short for modification) is an addition to a computer game, usually developed by fans of the game or third-party developers. In World of Tanks there are modifications to the combat interface (GUI), tank models, as well as various improvements to the maps.

How to install a mod for WOT?
Now mods need to be installed in the “res_mods\1.0.1.1\” and “mods\1.0.1.1\” folders. If your mod stops working after the update, then simply move it from the 1.0.1 folder to the 1.0.1.1 folder. Mod assemblies and some mods may not work or may have bugs. In the very near future, all non-working mods and assemblies will be updated. Pay attention to the patch number on which this mod was tested. Please be patient and stay tuned for updates. If after updating the mod/build your client freezes or crashes for no reason, download the game cache clearing script and run it, the problem should be solved.

Mods from Jove are a set of the most useful and necessary modifications for the game World of Tanks. Here are collected different sights, improved damage panels, light bulbs, aiming angles and much more. To install this collection of mods, you just need to download the installer from our website, then select the most interesting mods in your opinion and start installing.
It was always presented in two versions:
- mods from Jova extended version
- mods from Jove basic version
The extended version of the modpack differs only in the presence of an improved x25 zoom, as well as the included deer-measurement statistics; all other mods in it are the same as in the basic version. This is due to the fact that the Jova assembly is published on the official portal and is strongly supported by VG. But in order for all this to be done, there is one condition: the modpack should not have a deer tracker, since the developers don’t really like it. That's why we have to wait for the release of the extended version of the Jove mod assembly a couple of days after the release of the basic one. But she's worth it.

Who is Job?
Jov is a well-known watermaker on YouTube. Today his channel is well known to every tank player. This young guy used to be a simple player like the rest of us, but he was a little different from the rest of the players. He often fought difficult battles, got out of difficult situations and knew the game well down to the smallest details, which greatly surprised his friends.
One day he recorded a video of his successful fight and uploaded it to YouTube to show it to his friends and brag. He did not notice that his video was watched not only by a couple of friends, but also by many tank players on the Internet. As it turned out, many people really liked his video, he began to record more and more. Without realizing it, he became a small “star”, one of the few experienced players in World of Tanks. Over time, he even began to enjoy recording such videos, because thousands of players watch him.
After half a year, he collected all the mods that he used in his battles and made his own assembly, which he called - a modpack from Jove! Nowadays, his mods are used by many players who cannot imagine playing on a pure client. The popularity of jov mods is growing every day, as is the popularity of the World of Tanks game itself.
