How to enable statistics and other XVM network services? XVM mod for “World of Tanks”: activating statistics and enabling the display of statistics in the game Xvm activation does not work.

World of Tanks is a game that continues to impress gamers around the world for several years now. For the first time in the history of gaming, a full-fledged one has appeared that most accurately conveys the realism of these combat vehicles and the battles between them, and also allows you to play online against other gamers. There has never been such a project before, so it is quite understandable why it received such publicity and gained unprecedented popularity. The game itself is simply great, but you can make it better yourself - there are modifications for this. Naturally, they do not affect the gameplay itself, because otherwise it would be unfair to other players. They only affect how the game is displayed for you. A great example is the XVM mod, which allows you to activate advanced battle statistics, see your chances of winning, see complete information about your opponents, and many other features that you can choose yourself. There remains one question that interests many beginners: “How to enable the deer meter (as experienced players call the XVM mod)?”

Fashion website

In most cases, modifications for computer games are an archive that must be extracted to the game folder, after which the appearance of the project or its capabilities will change in one way or another. However, if we are talking about how to turn on the deer meter, then this method does not work here. The fact is that the XVM mod must be activated on a special website that was created exclusively for this. On the site itself you can see dynamic statistics of players who use this mod - it is really impressive, and you are unlikely to have any doubts about whether you should even find out how to enable the deer meter. Questions may still arise regarding whether this resource should be trusted, but you can see for yourself that it has already been verified by more than one million users.

Authorization on the site

If you are interested in why trust issues may arise, then the answer is extremely simple: to activate the service, you will need a login and password for your account in the game itself. Naturally, everyone can be wary here, but, as mentioned earlier, the XVM mod site is an official partner of the game itself, and you are not asked to enter your data simply on a third-party resource - after you decide to log in here, you are redirected to the WoT site page , which was created specifically for authorization through third-party resources. You don’t yet know how to enable the reindeer meter, but now you have information on how to access the website for this modification. Accordingly, you are already one step closer to your cherished goal. The most popular is the reindeer meter from Jova, but you shouldn’t focus solely on it - you can choose the functions you need and work on the config, but more on that a little later.

Activation of services

So, now you have been authorized and are in your personal account on the XVM mod website. So what's now? for World of Tanks? This can be done quite simply - you just need to click on the “Activate services” button. There aren’t that many buttons there, so you definitely won’t have any problems with searching. After this, the page will reload, and you will know that the mod is activated. But here you should pay attention to the fact that a counter has appeared on the page, which starts counting down from two weeks, that is, from 14 days. What kind of counter is this? Is it really possible to activate the reindeer meter only for two weeks?

Activation extension

There are several in-game reasons why you are given the opportunity to use the reindeer tracker only for fourteen days. In fact, you don't need to know any of them at all, since it won't affect you at all. It is important for you to know that using the XVM mod is completely free and unlimited, so no one will force you to pay anything when the counter reaches zero. But still, what to do when this moment comes? Everything is much simpler than you might think - you will have a button that will allow you to extend the time of using the modification. If you click on it when the counter reaches zero, it will update and you will again have two weeks to safely and freely use all the benefits of the reindeer meter.

Enabling required services

It would seem that the time has come to play, but you enter the game and nothing changes, although you have activated the mod on your account, and the countdown has already begun and has definitely not reached the zero mark yet. You were in a hurry - you should not enter the game immediately after you have activated the services. The fact is that by default all services available in the modification are set to “off”, that is, the mod works, but it does not change anything in the game. To fix this, you need to click on the “Settings” button in your personal account and then independently mark what you would like to use.

New patch released??? Have you installed a mod pack that includes a deer meter (XVM mod)??? And you don’t know how to enable the deer meter (XVM mod)??? Read in this article.

In the early patches of the World Of Tanks game, in order to enable the display of deer hunter statistics, it was necessary to open the configuration file of the mod itself xvm.config or xvm.xc(depending on the version of the mod) and look for some lines there to change the value false to true. But nothing stands still. So the XVM mod is developing further, now everything is much simpler. So:

How to turn on the deer meter:

The activation of the reindeer meter takes place on the official website of the XVM mod.

Follow the link to the site. And click the “Login” button. Then we select your gaming region and if you were not authorized on the wargaming website, you will be redirected to their website.

We check the link (just in case) so as not to get caught on so-called phishing sites. And enter your email address with a password and captcha to enter the wargaming site. Don’t worry, your account will not go anywhere if you enter your data on the wargaming website. Tested by thousands of reindeer measuring users.

If authorization was successful, you will see this window. Click the “Confirm” button. After this, you will be redirected back to the XVM (reindeer measurer) mod website.

Here we click the “Activate statistics” button

Well, check all the necessary boxes. Then launch the game client and enjoy the statistics

Important information!

Enabling statistics in the XVM mod configuration file

If you downloaded and installed the XVM mod for World of Tanks from other resources, you need to enable statistics display in the configuration file:

  • In folder \res_mods\xvm\configs\ rename the @Default folder to something else, like your nickname (let it be ivanmaus ).
  • In folder \res_mods\xvm\configs\ rename the file xvm.xc.sample V xvm.xc
  • In file \res_mods\xvm\configs\xvm.xc , which you got after renaming, specify the path to your configuration: $("\ivanmaus\@xvm.xc":."") instead of standard $("@Default\@xvm.xc":."")
  • In file \res_mods\xvm\configs\ivanmaus\rating.xc change the parameter value showPlayersStatistics on true(default false).
  • If you are already using some kind of configuration, then find the line in the files showPlayersStatistics and change false to true
  • It should also be noted that in the version XVM 5.2.0 The location of the boot configuration file has been changed. It should now be located in the following path: \res_mods\xvm\configs\xvm.xc, and not \res_mods\xvm\xvm.xc, as it was in previous versions. When moving the xvm.xc file to a new location, do not forget to change the path to your config in it, if necessary (most likely you will need to remove configs from the path).
  • Don’t even ask me why sirmax, iBat and their friends decided to activate statistics in XVM. There are several good reasons!
    Good luck!

    XVM has been the favorite mod of most tankers for many years, and its list of features extends from displaying player statistics to global changes to the World of Tanks interface towards greater convenience.

    This global modification covers hundreds of different aspects of the game. Improving the interface, adding new functions to it, displaying statistics, the widest possibilities for customization... The mod is truly huge and is constantly supported by the authors, so new versions are released almost immediately after the release of a fresh patch.

    It is very difficult for a beginner to understand the variety of possibilities, but most of the functionality works out of the box, that is, just by installing XVM, you can already play. Let's look at the main features of the Olenemer.

    Showing player statistics

    Perhaps this is the most popular part of the XVM eXtended Visualization Mod functionality. In World of Tanks, millions of tankers monitor their own statistics very closely and its influence on the community has never been higher. But you can only view the player’s achievements on external sites or in the hangar; in battle, statistics are not available, because only the player’s nickname, the name of the tank and its icon are in the ears. XVM succinctly, without changing the standard ear display style, adds information about the statistics of each of the 30 tankers in battle.

    By default, the number of battles is shown, the rating (not the one created by Wargaming (although it can also be included), but one of the old ones, RE, WN6, WN8 and others), as well as the percentage of victories. Another feature is that when the ears are in minimal condition, the name of the tank glows in a separate color, corresponding to the rating indicator used. The player can customize the color gradation; by default, players are divided into red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise and purple. The closer to purple, the better the tanker performs on the battlefield.

    • the official Wargaming rating, known as the Personal Player Rating or PRI;
    • xTE - this calculator is aimed at showing the skill of a tanker specifically on the vehicle on which he went into battle;
    • WN6, an old calculator, but still used by some tank crews;
    • WN8, new version of WN6 and WN7;
    • EFF, ranking created by wot-news. It is better known to players as RE - Efficiency Rating.

    Attention! Immediately after installation, statistics will not work, because the XVM developers have disabled their display by default. To activate, you need to go to the official website of Olenemer (a link to it will be visible in the system chat in the hangar when entering the game), then log in to it under your tank account and click on the button at the top in the “Activate services” menu. Activation lasts for two weeks, after this period the statistics will need to be updated.

    OverTargetMarkers - markers over vehicles

    Now few people will remember, but it was with the change in markers that the creative path of the Olenemer developers began. Initially, the markers did not shine with special functionality and convenience, which is why the XVM team set out to change and supplement them.

    Now, in 2016, markers are completely customizable; using the XVM settings, the user can remove or add some information. The level of the vehicle, its name, player nickname, number of hit points, clan, flying damage received, etc. There is a huge amount of data, but the developers have made sure that the most valuable information is shown by default.

    Markers are one of the most important parts of the combat interface in the game, because they display summary information about the vehicle.

    HitLog - log of damage caused

    Damage logs, both incoming and outgoing, have long been popular among tankers, because in battle it’s damn interesting to know exactly how many hit points you’ve deprived the enemy team of.

    • number of successful penetrations;
    • the name of the machine and an indicator of whether it remained operational or was destroyed;
    • total HP shot down by the player and the amount of damage from the last shot;
    • total values: penetration, last damage and its total value.

    Like all other elements of XVM, the damage log is also customizable, and experienced users have a variety of macros and HTML support to choose from. By editing the config, you can make the log minimalistic or more informative, at your choice.

    Adding clan icons and individual tankers to player lists

    The developers of Olenemer have added the ability to assign clans or individual players their own icon in the ears. This can be absolutely any picture, but most often official clan icons are used for display, for example, from the TOP 100 list of the most successful communities. To add your own picture, you need to copy it to res_modsxvmresclanicons<нужный регион><иконка игрока или класса>.

    Thanks to this feature, players will immediately notice that members of some popular community, for example, the Red Alliance, have entered the battle. Of course, you can mark absolutely any clan with your icon if necessary.

    Changing the base capture strip and light icon

    The battle ends in three cases: when all the team’s tanks are destroyed, the battle time has expired, or one of the bases is captured. During capture, a progress bar appears on the screen, but its standard version is not particularly informative. XVM allows you to change it, but not only visually, but also with the addition of new functions. You can activate the display of the number of players standing in a circle and even display the remaining time. Please note that the remaining seconds are not shown with 100% accuracy; there is a slight error.

    The bar is configured using HTML markup, so all components of displaying the capture progress can be easily changed.

    When installing the standard XVM package, without editing configs, the function of displaying indicators of the enemy team's light will also be active. If the enemy has not yet been detected, then the field on the right next to the vehicle icon will be empty; if it was in the light, but left, then a yellow light will appear and a white light will appear if it is lit now. But keep in mind that these indicators may affect frame rates on some PC configurations.

    Extended minimap in XVM

    The developers of Olenemer also paid attention to the minimap; its list of capabilities has expanded, thanks to which the player receives much more information from the battlefield. By the way, it was thanks to the mod developers that the game creators understood in which direction to develop the minimap and in recent patches the XVM functionality is partially included in the game.

    Let's talk about the minimap capabilities that are not yet built into the standard World of Tanks client. You can turn on the technique drawing circle. If the enemy’s vehicle is within its borders, then it will be visible on the battlefield; otherwise, the tank will only appear on the minimap. Other new features include a zoom setting. In the standard client, the minimap increases when you press Shift+, but now its enlarged version will be visible when you hold down the Shift button, without the plus sign.

    The expanded minimap also included other useful innovations, such as indicating the camera direction, Horizontal Aiming Angles, viewing circle, marks of enemies emerging from the light, as well as signatures under tanks. Some of these elements are already included in the game, but thanks to XVM everything is customizable in detail. Remember, the minimap is the most important part of the game interface and expanding the information received from it will increase, with due attention, the chances of winning.

    By the way, one of the cheats (prohibited mods) will include enemies on the minimap.

    Replacing the Sixth Sense Bulb

    In addition to the functional changes in WoT, the XVM developers have added the ability to replace the Sixth Sense perk icon. This skill is the most important, as it lets the tanker know in a slightly cheating way that he has just been exposed. In the vast majority of cases, this perk is downloaded first, since its benefits are difficult to overestimate. Owners of light tanks and tank destroyers were especially pleased with this innovation, because they are extremely vulnerable. But there is one small problem - the standard light bulb icon is too dim, so in XVM you can easily change it to your own.

    To do this, you need to go to the folder res_mods/mods/shared_resources/xvm/res/ and drop a new icon here, its name should be like this: SixthSense.png. Look carefully at the image format, no jpg or jpeg will do, you only need png. We advise you to choose an icon with a red color, then you will definitely never miss it.

    Innovations in the hangar

    The changes also affected the hangar room. In addition to displaying the clock, you can activate an expanded tank carousel. Owners of hundreds of units of military equipment experience slight difficulties in finding the right vehicle, despite the fact that Wargaming, in one of the previous patches, added a cool filter by nations, levels and classes.

    In XVM you can easily expand the carousel by changing one row to two or three. This will increase the number of cars on one screen. Like all other elements of the Deer Messenger, the carousel is also customizable. The position of the tanks, the order of nations, icons, scale, transparency - everything can be changed to your taste.

    How to configure XVM Mod?

    Olenemer has a truly amazing settings system, where you can change almost all components of the mod. Details of the display of markers, statistics, turning on and off of individual functions, the position of elements on the screen and much, much more.

    All configs are divided into separate files corresponding to one or another part of the XVM functionality. For example, a separate config has been created to configure the carousel, markers, statistics, etc. In addition, when editing, Russian-language comments are visible, describing in detail all the functions of the mod. It’s as easy as shelling pears to figure out, you just need to spend a little time sharpening the Olenemer for yourself.

    In the video below, the author explains how the setup is carried out. By the way, pay attention to other videos from the playlist, with their help you can customize XVM even more.

    How to install XVM eXtended Visualization Mod for 1.5.1.1

    Before downloading XVM for WoT, select the desired installation option, either archive or using the installer.

    • First option: download the installer, launch it, specify the path to the game client.
    • Second option: download the archive and copy its contents to the directory with World of Tanks.

    If you have any problems during installation, watch these two videos, each of them explains a different installation method.

    Installer guide:

    Installation from archive:

    XVM: eXtended Visualization Mod– modification of the combat interface for the popular MMO World of Tanks. There are more than 3,700,000 people in the world who are active with skin cancer, and this number is growing with skin cancer.

    XVM– a completely cost-free modification with closed source code, which is licensed under the GNU GPL v3 license.

    At the moment the door XVM is actively developing, and gradually bringing a lot of possibilities to a little bit of fragmentation. Axis actions from them:

    Markers above tanks in XVM are easy to adjust

    Markers above tanks (sometimes they are called OverTargetMarkers) in XVM are very easy to customize:

    A wide range of customization, HTML and CSS support in text fields, a wide selection of pre-installed macros, styles and data - all this allows you to make your power customization of markers as informative and useful for you as possible .

    Butt nalashtuvannya log zavdanih poshkodzhen

    Job log (HitLog)

    Log of problems in real time is one of the most popular modification functions. From the very moment World of Tanks appeared, the players asked for such flexibility. Now, XVM fans, it is available to everyone.

    The ability to fine-tune a different set of macros and HTML support allows you to format the log in a unique style that suits you.

    Try it and change it yourself :)

    Replacing the “light bulb” of World of Tanks (skill “shoste vidchuttya”)

    With the help of XVM, you can easily replace the standard light bulb image in the “Most Read” button with a larger one and add an icon.

    This opportunity is especially beneficial for those who often ignore the standard option due to the lack of clarity and not the most manual adjustments in the interface.

    The process of adding is extremely simple: to create a light bulb image, you just need to place it behind the next path:

    Res_mods/mods/shared_resources/xvm/res/SixthSense.png

    Please note that the file must be in PNG format and the name is specified.

    Customizable graphics panels, statistics table and display screen

    The battle display screen is one of the most important parts of the interface, which allows you to assess the situation of the upcoming battle and come up with a plan of action even before the start of the round.

    XVM allows you to expand the information content and color of the display screen: skincare specialists can add a display of gravel statistics, which allows you to most accurately assess the balance of forces and make the right decisions on the beginning of the battle.

    So, you can display information about the statistics of the Gravs in the battle lists of the Gravs: in the so-called “vuhs” (battle panels) and in the table of combat statistics (Tab). For additional clarity, all statistical values, as well as the names of the gravers and the names of the techniques themselves, can be barred from the vicinity of your well-adjusted color gradations.

    Through the ability to extract gravel statistics right under the hour of battle, the XVM statistics module is so widely known as “ olenemir», « Olenometer», « userworld», « user meter», « nubomir" We strongly recommend that you do not use the correct name when talking about the modification, and please use the correct name: XVM. This will help eliminate confusion and deceive the cobs.

    Icons of clans and graves

    With XVM, you can not only display images in text fields with HTML support, but also assign powerful icons to specific clans and/or graves.

    For example, this rank can mean friends, clans of allies, opponents, or even familiar clans of the Greeks. It’s very easy to create icons: you don’t have to worry about using the configuration editor.

    Add an icon in png format with a name or a clan tag in the name in the folder \res_mods\mods\shared_resources\xvm\res\clanicons\<регион>\<тип_иконки>(de replacement<регіон>you need to select a folder containing the names of your regional cluster, and instead<тип_іконки>– a folder with the type of association (by clan or nickname).

    If you need more detailed customization of the visual XVM configuration editor, you can change the position of icons, scale and visibility.

    The modified memory storage in XVM allows you to display the number of burners and the orientation hour.

    Smuha burial is modified

    The burial mass in the XVM itself succumbed to changes: with all modifications, it became possible to select a number of burners at the same time before the completion of the burial from the flow fluid.

    The visual part of the rendered information is customized using additional HTML markup, similar to other text fields in XVM. You can completely change the information displayed and fine-tune the style of its presentation in a way that suits you best.
