How to include the deer meter in here. Activating and enabling XVM (Deer Measuring) statistics

Multiplayer games are often covered with a wide variety of modifications. They serve to personalize the game client and make it as convenient as possible for a specific user. Therefore, on most servers, administrators enable the ability to use mods, but limit it by prohibiting the use of various radical modifications that could affect the gameplay. This means that you will be able to use only those mods that will somehow make the game easier for you, its perception, and so on, but will in no way affect your actions in the game or your opponents. In fact, it is quite difficult to determine the line; it is different for each game. This article will look at the example of the famous World of Tanks, as well as the most popular modification XVM, which is also popularly called “deer hunter”. Next we will look at what exactly it is, as well as how to activate the deer meter and how to use it.

What is XVM?

Before considering the most pressing question of how to activate the deer meter, you need to understand what it is. In fact, everything is quite simple - it is a set of modifications that allow you to add a lot of useful features to the game, such as extended battle ratings, performance over enemy tanks, various sights, and so on. Deer Meter allows you to select the features you like and disable those you find useless. But it’s worth noting that all the features of this mod are very useful in one situation or another, and its advantages are that you can choose what you need at any time, turning off what you don’t need in a particular situation. You can customize your client before each fight if you so desire. In general, this mod is now used by almost four million users around the world, and all of them are satisfied with the capabilities that the developers offer them. Now you understand what XVM is, and most importantly, how useful it can be to you. Therefore, now it’s worth moving on to the most important part - how to activate the deer meter?

Downloading and installing the modification

Don't worry - you don't have to search all over the Internet for this mod, since it has an official website. And if you are interested in how to activate the deer meter, then you will eventually have to turn to this site. But first you need to download the modification itself from it, and then install it in the game folder. These files contain everything you need to activate all the functions that the mod developers promise you. However, this will not be enough to use a reindeer meter. You still need to activate it, because for now it's just a set of files. But what do you need to do for this? How to activate the reindeer meter from Jove?

Personal account on the site

So, the first step to activating the reindeer tracker in World of Tanks is to create your personal account on the modification website. After that, you can go into it and perform all the necessary further actions there. There won't be that many of them, so don't be afraid of the big one that may appear in front of you when you enter your own office. You will need literally two steps to start using the mod. You know where to activate the reindeer meter - all you have to do is do it.

Activation

Now the most important moment for you has come - the activation of your modification. To do this, you will only need to press a single button, which is called “Activate services”. After clicking it, follow the instructions that will be indicated on your screen, and everything will be completed successfully. Then you will be just one small step away from starting to use all the extensive functions of the reindeer meter.

Selection of services

So, you have activated the services, and now the modification is available to you when you start the game. However, it has no effect on your client - why? The fact is that you did not take the last and very important step. In your personal account on the XVM mod website, you need to go to the settings and there manually activate those services that you would like to use, as well as disable those that you do not like. After that, you can safely go to World of Tanks and enjoy how you modified your client. Naturally, you may need a little time to find the configuration that is most convenient for you, since a large number of mods, each of which can be useful, creates a huge variety of variations, and all of them are worth trying out in battle to understand whether it is really so effective , and whether in fact it has become much more convenient for you to control the tank or calculate statistics. However, the effort is worth it - the result will be truly impressive.

Deer measurer from Dukalis.

Many tankers are already familiar with this reindeer hunter. We also heard about it more than once and finally decided to add it to our website so that you can install the deer gauge as comfortably as possible. If you are unable to install our simple deer meter as an archive, you can install it as a convenient installer.

The trick of the Dukalis deer farmer is that it is fully compatible with assemblies from ProTanki, Jove and all others. To do this, the installer has a special item for activating the deer meter in these assemblies while maintaining their functionality.

So if you want to install the reindeer meter on top of the Jov or ProTanki builds, then you just need to select the item: “FOR JOV, ProTanki and other builds (does not change XVM)” and then select the desired rating.

The installer has been tested by virustotal and the test result is 0/54. If you don’t believe me, you can check it yourself before starting.

Installing XVM:

Copy the res_mods folder to the game folder.

Enabling website statistics (statistics activation): - MANDATORY!

After the release of XVM 5.4.0, all settings for enabling ratings and displaying chances of winning were moved from the configuration files to the official website of the mod in the “Settings” section in your personal account.

Now, after installing XVM, instead of the old “Invalid token” message, the message “Network services are inactive” is displayed.

To enable statistics you need to do the following:

Click on “more details” next to the message “Network services are inactive”, you will be immediately redirected to the site. (look at the pictures above)

If you are not yet logged in to the site, click "Login", select your region and enter your details.

Select the "Settings" tab and select the XVM services you need by checking the box next to the one you need. (look at the pictures above)

Click on the "Add client" button (if it is inactive, click on "Update statistics")

Re-login to the server.

After all these manipulations, you should see the following message in the game:

If you didn't see it, then something was done wrong. Try repeating the steps to activate the mod.

Hooray! Everything is working. Always yours.ru.

If you don’t need to display statistics, just uncheck the boxes next to “Player statistics in battle” and that’s it. This way you can disable each XVM services configuration item.

FAQ:

IN: It says “Network parameters are not active”, does not show statistics, the deer meter does not work, what should I do?

ABOUT: If you receive such a message, then this is the first sign that you have not activated the reindeer meter. A detailed explanation of how to activate the reindeer meter can be read here.

This mod is constantly checked for updates and functionality by the site administration and therefore do not write that it does not work. Everything works fine. If something doesn’t work for you, the game hangs while loading the battle or crashes on startup, look for problems in your mods. The mod was tested on a clean client.

IN: It says “Network error. XVM statistics are not available, try again later.”, what should I do?

ABOUT: Don’t rush to look for another deer measurer on the Internet and don’t think that this is a problem in the mod itself. All wrong. You just have to wait as this is an issue on the XVM servers side. After the developers fix the problem with the deer-measurement servers, everything will work.

ABOUT: Install the font that you will find in the archive downloaded below.

Important information!

Enabling statistics in the XVM mod configuration file

If you downloaded and installed the XVM mod for World of Tanks from other resources, you need to enable statistics display in the configuration file:

  • In folder \res_mods\xvm\configs\ rename the @Default folder to something else, like your nickname (let it be ivanmaus ).
  • In folder \res_mods\xvm\configs\ rename the file xvm.xc.sample V xvm.xc
  • In file \res_mods\xvm\configs\xvm.xc , which you got after renaming, specify the path to your configuration: $("\ivanmaus\@xvm.xc":."") instead of standard $("@Default\@xvm.xc":."")
  • In file \res_mods\xvm\configs\ivanmaus\rating.xc change the parameter value showPlayersStatistics on true(default false).
  • If you are already using some kind of configuration, then find the line in the files showPlayersStatistics and change false to true
  • It should also be noted that in the version XVM 5.2.0 The location of the boot configuration file has been changed. It should now be located in the following path: \res_mods\xvm\configs\xvm.xc, and not \res_mods\xvm\xvm.xc, as it was in previous versions. When moving the xvm.xc file to a new location, do not forget to change the path to your config in it, if necessary (most likely you will need to remove configs from the path).
  • Don’t even ask me why sirmax, iBat and their friends decided to activate statistics in XVM. There are several good reasons!
    Good luck!

The number of users of “reindeer measurers” is growing every day. There are already more than 4 million users registered in the system, and this is on the official resource alone, but how many more people use statistics in mod packs.

The modification has a number of fine settings that will help display additional information that helps experienced tankers in battles

Deer Measuring is the most popular mod among tankers, as it has a number of advantages and features compared to the usual rating in the game: it shows the level of effectiveness in active combat and while loading a battle, the percentage of victories and the number of battles. All statistics are located in a separate area of the screen, which does not interfere with the battle.

Now we will tell you how to activate statistics in world of tanks xvm. Like any other site that collects information about a player, you need to log into your personal xvm statistics account.

To do this, you will need your account; with the release of version 9.0, the need to register separately on the site has disappeared

So, to activate statistics in world of tanks xvm, you need to log into your account, select the region and server you are playing on, then you need to log in using Wargaming ID by entering the email address and password of your account.

Then you need to confirm access to modxvm data, only your nickname will be used to collect statistics, no other data will be transmitted, click on the “Confirm” button. After all the manipulations on the site, you need to click on the “Activate statistics” button. Don’t forget to enable the statistics collection option in the configuration file - this is mandatory. By default, statistics are updated every few days.

If there are several people playing in your family, you need to activate statistics for each of them separately.

In the game interface itself, statistics are shown in the form of markers with different colors, each corresponding to its own category, for example, the number of battles, damage, etc. The displayed text can be configured in the localization folder, the progress of XVM statistics is constantly updated with the release of a new version of the game. This is how the site constantly collects information about new statistics users.

According to the mod's developers, it is still completely free, but the possibility of additional donations cannot be ruled out, which could open up new statistics capabilities, for example, a paid service for updating statistics every day, but so far there is no such information on the mod's developers' website.

XVM - Config from Ms_Ramis - this is not just a mod, it is a complex mod that changes the interface and is designed to be useful and functional in combat, but at the same time does not affect FPS

Hello guys! In this article we will tell everyone about the benefits that one single mod in the game World of Tanks, which received the unique name XVM, can bring. And it’s not for nothing that this modification is considered one of the best, because the development team did their best and created a simply excellent thing, which was called the “deer measurer”. What does this mean? Everything is very simple, thanks to the reindeer meter during the battle, each player can see what percentage of victories all gamers have and, moreover, find out whether their team will win or not. After all, even before the start of the battle, the addition shows what percentage of allied teams will win, and this helps a lot, because it shows what strategy is best to use in battle. In addition to this, the mod contains a lot of other cookies that everyone can’t help but try and want to install.

    Modification Deer gauge

As for the operation of the modification itself, we cannot help but talk about the fact that its interface is quite pleasant and convenient, which not only does not interfere during combat, but all the necessary information is in plain sight. The indicators are colored in colors that directly depend on the victory rate, which helps to visually assess the situation in which you will have to play in a few seconds even before the start of the battle. It is impossible not to notice that the percentage showing the probability of victory in battle is quite accurate and can only be wrong in some cases. Therefore, if before the start of the battle it shows 30%, then it immediately becomes clear that everyone will have to pull and only in this case is victory possible.

In addition to the reindeer tracker, the mod also includes such useful things as various game markers above tanks. There are a very large number of them and each player will be able to choose what he likes. Very useful in battle is the log of damage dealt to opponents, which will show how effectively you play right in battle. Another useful bonus for everyone will be a log of the damage received, from which you can find out who hit you and by how many units of strength. In addition to this information, you can see the type of projectile that caused damage, which also gives an additional advantage in each battle. Players will definitely be happy with the new light bulbs, which can replace the already boring standard ones. Thus, the game will become more beautiful, attractive and pleasing to the human eye. And another useful, but not the last, feature in this mod will be the display of player markers on the map and the direction of each gun.

Mod "User Meter"– shows the statistics of players in battle with three indicators: the player’s win percentage and his rounded efficiency rating, the total number of player battles. The win percentage is displayed across all of the player's armored vehicles. Efficiency rating is a qualitative characteristic that determines the effectiveness of a player’s actions in battle. You can calculate your rating at. The data is displayed on the battle loading screen, when you press the Tab button, in the middle and long list of commands (“ears”). Table of performance rating values:

    less than 600 - Bad player (~6%)
    600 – 900 - Below average player (~25%)
    900-1200 - Average player (~43%)
    1200-1500 - Good player (~22%)
    1500-1800 - Great player (~3%)
    more than 1800 - Unicum (~0.5%)
